These two can DANCE! No, not your general run-of-the-mill bust-a-move kind of dancing. Captivating, crowd-stopping, legit swing dancing dance!

We first met these two at a wedding earlier the same year where they were TEARING UP the dance floor with seemingly more energy than the energiser bunny! After having a conversation with Zane at the end of that night, I let Mel know that they were engaged and actually looking for a photographer. Her first reaction: “The dancing couple?! YES!!” So to say we were stoked when they gave us a buzz to do their wedding is a complete understatement… We. Were. KEEN.

I think these guys must’ve prayed extra hard for their wedding day, because we got what is in my mind the unlikely trifecta for photographers: Cloudy all day for even light, then an INSANE colour bomb sunset AND THEN a light smattering of rain just after sunset for some sweet as light tricks. Mind blown, this amount of awesome may not ever occur again, but believe me, I’m open to it!

Beautiful heartfelt speeches and some epic dancing followed, and not just from the happy couple either. Zane’s family gave them a darn good run for their money!! Speaking of running; these two legit RAN full pelt through their sparkler tunnel, I may have yelped with surprise as i also had to run, but backwards down he tunnel! WORTH IT!

Ps. someone who shall remain anonymous made a slight boo boo with he paperwork and so you will see Zane & Sarah resigning their marriage documents to make they were totally legally married on their wedding day!
